To Do Island ("the app", "we", "us") is a cozy to-do app where a 3D island grows as you complete tasks. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app, and we never sell your data or use it to track you across other apps or websites.
To Do Island is operated by Apex (apexza.net). For any privacy question or request, contact greg@apexza.net.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or device sensors. The app contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs.
We use two trusted service providers to run the app. They process your data on our behalf, only to provide their service:
We process your data to perform the service you signed up for (providing the app) and to manage your account. We do not use your data for tracking, advertising, or profiling.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is removed (see below).
You can permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app: open the You tab → Account → Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data — tasks, island, decorations, companion, coins, and progress. This cannot be undone. You may also email greg@apexza.net to request deletion.
To Do Island is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored with our providers under their security controls. Database access is restricted per user by row-level security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact greg@apexza.net.
If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
